RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving the item. To start a return, please contact info@waltersfaith.com with your order #. The product must be in its complete original packaging and in unworn condition. Merchandise will be returned prepaid and insured to Walters Faith. Once WF receives the original item(s), and passes the quality control inspection, you will then be issued a refund for the item(s).

If shipped within the US, the refund will not include the $15 restocking fee or the $35 shipping cost.  If shipped internationally, the refund will not include payment of any duties, taxes or any other fees assessed to international shipments

Please note that special orders or items with engraving are FINAL SALE

Please report within 7 days of receipt of merchandise any discrepancies in contents, price or quality.

REPAIRS

For all online order repair inquiries, email info@waltersfaith.com and include your name, description of the repair, photo of the damage and proof of purchase. If we are able to repair your piece, we will then send you shipping instructions. Upon receipt, our jewelers will evaluate the item(s). The evaluation may take up to a week, after which we will notify you if there are any repair/service charges. We take into consideration “time owned” as well as “condition received” when evaluating a piece.

All repairs are subject to repair and shipping charges. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns and exchanges. 

REPAIRS ON ITEMS PURCHASED FROM ANOTHER STOCKIST:

Please contact the retailer from which you originally purchased the item. If they are unable to help you, email info@waltersfaith.com and we will do our best to assist you. 

SHIPPING

All shipping within the United States is $35 and requires a signature for delivery, with no exceptions. The shipping fee is non-refundable. All international shipping is sent via FedEx with an additional shipping fee which is calculated upon checkout. Walters Faith is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments. Tracking information will be provided after your order is placed. 

Walters Faith is responsible for orders until the package is delivered to the customer. If the package goes missing, Walters Faith may choose to open an investigation with the carrier to determine the responsible party. Please contact info@waltersfaith.com for any additional questions.  

Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Walters Faith will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order. 

Please note there may be unexpected delays in shipping due to weather and other environmental factors. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

Waltersfaith.com does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays.

If you have a specific date you need an item by, please reach out to us at info@waltersfaith.com so we can do our best to meet your deadline. 

Please allow an additional 2 weeks for engraved items and 10-12 weeks for all yellow gold and special orders.
