ARE ANY OF THE CHARMS SOLD WITH CHAINS?
All of our charms are sold independent of the chain, and this will be indicated on the item information page. You will be given the option of selecting one of our suggested chains before you check-out or you may select a chain from our SHOP drop down menu.
IS THE COST OF ENGRAVING ALWAYS EXTRA?
All hand engraved items require a 2-3 week turnaround and are FINAL SALE. Please refer to the individual piece to confirm the number of characters allowed. Engraving pricing is as follows:
1-3 CHARACTERS = $45
4-6 CHARACTERS = $75
7-10 CHARACTERS = $95
10+ CHARACTERS = Please contact email@example.com for pricing
The Rock Crystal Bell Collection is the only collection for which hand engraving/hand etching is complementary.

HOW CAN I GET AN ITEM REPAIRED?
We stand by our products 100% and want you to enjoy your Walters Faith pieces for years to come. If you feel a repair is needed, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If a piece is then submitted for repair, our jewelers will evaluate the item. The evaluation may take up to two weeks, after which we will contact you to discuss any service fees. We take into consideration “time owned” as well as “condition received” when evaluating a piece.
If a piece is purchased from a retailer, please contact the retailer from which you originally purchased the item.
IS 18K YELLOW GOLD AVAILABLE?
All of our pieces are created in white or rose gold unless otherwise noted. If you would like to special order in 18K Yellow Gold, please select from the COLOR drop down or check the appropriate box before adding to cart. I AM BUYING A PIECE AS A GIFT; WHAT IS THE GIFT RETURN POLICY?
Please indicate before purchase if an item is a gift by checking off the appropriate box. We then include a note with our contact information should there be any issues with the gift. Should the item need to be returned, it must be done within 7 days of receiving the gift. We will then issue a physical or e-mailable gift card for the full replacement value. All engraved gifts are FINAL SALE.
WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO CLEAN MY JEWELRY?
Our jewelry is made of the finest materials and meant to last a lifetime. With some simple, basic care, you can protect and preserve your jewelry for years to come. It is always best to remove your jewels when showering, exercising or swimming. Also please use care when applying lotions, creams and perfumes.
SILVER: To remove any tarnish or dullness, gently rub your piece with silver cleaner applied to a soft cloth. Rinse thoroughly in warm water and carefully dry.
ROSE GOLD: To keep rose gold shiny, keep it free of dust by cleaning with a gentle soap and soft brush or wiping with a soft cloth.
DIAMONDS: Diamonds can be kept sparkling with periodic cleanings. We recommend mixing one teaspoon of dish soap with a quart of water in a large bowl. Then use a soft-bristled toothbrush to remove any buildup.
